This project involved the controlled demolition of a multi-story building, crushing of the resulting concrete, and site preparation for future works.

The Griord-Grup team utilized Liebherr excavators equipped with a hydraulic pulverizer for breaking down reinforced concrete structures, a hydraulic breaker for crushing massive foundation elements and slabs, and a bucket for material handling. The demolished concrete was processed on-site using a Kleemann crusher, turning waste into reusable recycled material.

All works were carried out in compliance with safety and environmental protection standards, minimizing waste transportation and reducing the project’s ecological footprint.
